Hey Dantachi, I have seen some debates on whether his new 4* (mini-bijudama) is better than his old 4* (Rasenshuriken). What do you think about this? Any radical oppinions? The new 4* provides CP regeneration, while the old one allows for a comfortable playstyle in which you can trap your opponents in one place and fight them from a safe distance. Naruto (tfs)'s biggest weakness is increased ninjutsu cooldown, so isn't it more beneficial to be able to trap your opponents and get away with them with the old 4*? I believe that the CP recovery that the new 4* provides is pretty much useless because the two latest ultimates regenerate pretty much more than half of his CP. What do you think about all of this?

Yes this is right, equip the old ninja bond jutsu also because it has faster animation than the new one so you could go in to the next Jutsus, his new one is not a true so you really need to go immediately to his Kurama roar for avoiding the attacks of the enemies and his old ninja bond deals a lot damage and faster than the new one

Naruto TFS has resistances boost up now with his new LB so you don’t need anymore 130% resistances but it is still better to have those if you have the resources to build
