this is the fucking baddest shit i ever saw. Steve Borden for president. i didn't follow Sting the whole time or during his whole career in wrestling, but i did likely follow him more than most. If i remember correctly, he wasn't exactly having a good time in life in those days, and i believe he actually was ready to give up wrestling. Yet, they gave him such a good offer you know. Those kinds you really can't refuse. Not to mention his fan base loved the hell out of him, and he loved the hell out of them (Sting likely had the best fan base any celebrity as ever had in history). That's something not everyone knows about Steve. He has a heart of gold. 100% authentic man. {he cuts through darkness like a pyramid} You can see the pain in his eyes in those days. That cold pale look. A person can still have a heart, and be like that. Some think every cold person that looks like that is ruthless or a savage. That is incorrect. Some that get that way, are actually reserving their heart for those that they care about, and for those that need help, or depend on them. They are selfless. In fact, i may be one of the ones that motivated him to return from retirement and join TNA. A posted a heart felt comment on a forum he had an account in. Telling him how i really looked up to him, and would like to see him return. I sort of didn't really hold up my end of the bargain however. I didn't actually pay a ton of attention to him or wrestling then when he did return. Not that that matters. I mean, i know he got more from returning from others than he would've gotten from just one fan like me paying attention. Also, those he mentored... Those young wrestlers coming into the business struck gold so... yea... lol If you happen to stumble upon this comment Steve, just know I love you. I always will.
