NOTHING! justifies the physical battery on this handcuffed person. Two supervisors clearly in the room "allowing" this battery to take place. Hopefully, justice will prevail and those involved will be held accountable for their actions or non-actions.

This was a "HIT"! MR BROOKS did something @ that first facility that had those guards at the first facility order is "UNALIVING"! The guards at the second facility just did the DIRTY WORK! ALL these guards live in same county, they all in the same union, their wives & girlfriends shop @ the same stores, most are related, & most live in the same neighborhood! This group is a "GANG"! Check MR BROOKS behavior records @ the first facility & you'll figure witch guards he had problems with & THEY gave him a late night transfer with "THE HIT SQUAD"!
