It's a good thing you didn't have a white top one or you would have Blended in with the rest of the apartment. I don't think I've ever saw an all white apartment before. Well instead of taking the laundry down into the basement you're taking it up to The Loft as well as storage. Will be exciting to see how you have everything moved in and decorated.

Beautiful apartment. Thanks for sharing. You have such a great eye for design. I would love to see the design of , your son’s room, family room, storage room, and primary bedroom. For the first floor I would probably focus on having a nice dining table and a few comfy accent chairs with tv.. it appears to be too small for dining room, accent chairs, and sofa. I guess I would save the sofa for the family room. However, whatever you do, I know it will be beautiful. Take care.

Hi Sabrina, when are you planning on making the new smart home tour with the new tech? I'm starting my automation journey and maybe someone can help with these: 1 - When buying your new devices, are you checking if they follow the new conectivity standard Matter or just checking if they are compatible with Google Home / Alexa? 2 - How to handle bluetooth smart devices that have apps that are not compatible with Google Home / Alexa? (ex: De'Longhi Coffee Link)

You have a whole island to EAT ON. What you mean you don’t have a spot to eat. Plus the living room is easier to manage since your had a small sofa already. The bar could go closer to the kitchen 😊

The island doesn’t allow for bar stools. They removed our original counter top that allowed for seating because they said it wasn’t wheelchair compliant and there really isn’t much room for chairs there

The smart lock came with apartment. I think the lock is made for apartment complexes so I’m not sure if they sell them direct to consumer.
