I give Saleh alot of grief for the offense and the lack of energy from the team on road games, but his ability to develop defensive players is unmatched. I don't know whether its his system or the instruction of the players, but the defensive players become studs. He just knows how to get the most out of his defensive players. I can only recall one drafted defensive player who failed to develop and that was Hamsah.
