Yes but it makes him look crooked and that would be unfair to him. This case was ridiculous. The judge was crooked his daughter and he were partners in getting rich off the case. The verdict was not unanimous on many of the charges which is unconstitutional. There are so many reasons for it to be reversed or dismissed for Trump to pardon himself would be a miscarriage of justice to himself and make him look bad unnecessarily.
