A New York congressman and the Bronx borough president filed a formal complaint with the disciplinary committee that oversees lawyers against the attorney caught on video threatening to call immigration officers on Spanish-speaking workers at a Manhattan restaurant.

well we have more freedom for your information than USA, we have the same rights of freedom but we take very seriously racist comments and actions because of IIWW history and how bad it can get. For example in Germany if you just deny the holocaust you can face 2 years prison, that is freedom because you should not be able to deny facts. Another thing regarding my comment has to do with the conduct code of your job when practicing law, can you imagine a police officer going around and hackling people for their race and then refer to freedom? that is not freedom to put down other people because of their language or skin collar. You can use your free speech but when practicing some jobs you have obligations. If you think you have freedom then why does the United States have the largest prison population in the world?

Have you seen the video by Global Witness where an undercover reporter exposed the head of the American Bar Association for advising a money launderer? 60 Minutes aired the video, it was quite eye-opening. "This country is run by lawyers. We write the laws, and we write the laws to favor lawyers" was one priceless quote captured on hidden camera.

The irony is Mr. Schlossberg's website for his law practice claims to offer services in Spanish. I can't help but think the rant had less to do with the language being spoken and more to do with his feeling they might be speaking about him and/or in effect he was also not getting the attention he felt he deserved. Mr.Schlossberg would be the guy to go through his partner's phone to learn who he/she might be communicating with and about, raging the whole time for they're having spoken to others rather than giving him the attention he feels he deserves. Mr.Sclossberg very clearly appears to think speaking with considerable volume while spewing constant threats gains him the attention that he very clearly requires. Somewhere along the way Mr. Sclhlossberg failed to learn how to get reasonable healthy attention resulting in his pursuing other not so healthy options. Mr.Schlossberg needs every room he enters to be entirely aware of his presence the moment he arrives in the interest of gaining all eyes and ears in his direction. It's truly unfortunate when an individual acts out like this and compromises their life and the lives of others in the interest of very basic humans needs. Anger doesn't motivate respect and healthy attention, anger motivates bother and unhealthy attention.

Yep, in many countries, they actually consider it fascinating and interesting yet most of those countries have one official language because it shows diversity and acceptance but I guess in the USA racism, hate and discrimination prevail. I never ever seen or heard people publicly getting attacked or yelled at just for simply speaking another language in any other country beside the USA which is very ironic since the USA is supposedly the country of freedom, diversity and different backgrounds with No official language plus was built by immigrants and has the highest numbers of minorities, foreigners and immigrants especially when combined (both tourists and people living in it).
