Simple clean cook on the Steel Kamado. @brand-mangrills4500 Rodeo does the job tonight.
Broke down 2 Porterhouses to get 2 NY Strips and a Tied Tenderloin/Filet mignon.
seasoned with Salt Pepper and Garlic, started at 300 on the grill, let the steaks take in some smoke as the heat comes up to around 425. mark the steaks on both sides turning every 4 minutes to get the diamond pattern. finish to your desired temp. I finished these at 132F
Remove from grill, let rest for 10 minutes and serve with preferred sides 👍🏼🍻🇺🇸
