Nyandungu Urban Wetlands Ecotourism Park in Kigali 🌿🌺🐟

Come and explore this beautiful 120 hectare wetlands park on the outskirts of Kigali. Thanks to @mwenengofero for the suggestion. This is a sprawling conservation site with a gorgeous bamboo forest, ponds and a restaurant. A lovely place to go cycling or walking. Definitely worth a visit. There's even a little garden where the Pope once gave mass. Also a great place for birdwatching.
Sorry for the appalling sound quality on this video. I was contending with traffic so shouted through most of the beginning of this, only my camera took out the traffic and just left me shouting. Will do better next time.😁
🚲 I didn't manage to check if they rent bikes, but I think you probably need to take your own.
🌿 Also, just to correct - the plant that curls up on itself is called the Shy Plant, not the Sensitive Plant. The Sensitive Plant is a poem by Christina Rossetti, and I keep getting it confused. That pink flower I found was part of the same plant.

Rwanda does not have post codes or zip codes because we do not have a household postal delivery service. See my video 'How the post office works in Kigali.' If you have to enter one in an online form, use four or five zeros: 0000.

​@@mdz7372 My family use four zeros with DHL and it works, but if it isn't working for you then the very best thing you can do is contact DHL. As the provider, they are the one with the answers. Hope you find a solution.
