I absolutely LOVE the main story. And all the major questlines really. This is one of the best franchises of all time, as far as overall lore and story telling goes imo. I've never played more than a few hours with anything besides weather mods. I still have more fun learning new things about the vanilla game 12 years later. 😅

the real negative thing being a weed user is anesthetics, local and being put to sleep for a operation require alot higher doses to have the same effect as normal my dentist is amazed how much i can feel through local anesthetic in my mouth he has been able to do alot of work on me without me having any anesthetic at all and something happened when i got put to sleep for apendix check/removel when i got put too sleep i was with a bunch off small build woman and young men and when i woke up properly i was with a bunch off people built like the mightiest marines asking me questions like do you remember us can you remember our conversation... i actualy think my subconscious might of remembered it in some way i`ve only just put 2+2 together i have dreams were i get stabbed and i dont wake up until after fighting the person/persons..... when i woke up from that op my belly didnt hardly hurt but my arms and shoulders felt like i had been hit by a train ... convinced i had a semi conscious fight in the operating theater

i think she played a bit off stream accidentally, but nothing that progressed the main quest at least from what i see
