When I took Visual Merchandising for my Fashion Design degree, they taught us to organize light to dark, solids to prints, to neutrals, short to long, small to large, if U want your closet to look like a boutique.

I love organizing my closet by color. I have a small closet, so one half is for my tops and the other half for my bottoms, dresses and jackets. It makes it so much easier to find things.
