I'm currently apartment touring (again lol) and it's humbling that there's never the "perfect" apartment, but you can come pretty close. Fingers crossed I can keep the in-unit washer/dryer in my next unit and get more natural light!

Thank you for the video! My roommate and i are recent grads and are moving to nyc for work. What do apartments need if prior paystubs are not up to par or we haven't started the full time position yet?
