Having AC with a mini-split normally means you have electric heat too, which is ridiculously expensive in the cold, and it generally isn’t included in the rent like radiator heat is. You could easily be spending $300+ a month more in the winter than you would in a unit without an AC unit.

Hello from New York City! I enjoyed your video very much. I want to weigh in on apartments 7 and 8. They seemed like the best choices and it is too bad that there isn't a proper gym. But isn't the price on these two places quite a bit lower than the other places - so could you buy a gym membership nearby with the money saved on rent? Good luck with your choice!
