Bianca! By far, the best NYC apartment hunt vlog/series I've ever seen (and I've seen hundreds!!!)!! It was more informative than anything else out there, organized, had a "house-hunter" vibe while still allowing your personality to come through! Bravo! Congratulations on your new apartment! Please be aware that a fire escape is NOT outdoor recreational space! It's only to be used to escape the apartment in case of FIRE or other emergency. It's illegal to put any decor or furniture out there because it can block the.path of escape in an emergency.

East village studio apartment & upper west side loft studio apartment would be my pick. For the east village SA it has elevator haha then at west side it's pretty big, but i think you've chosen the east village which is good also.
