It looks as if you're still in Hudson Yards, the same neighbourhood as before. Remember, the dogs will be stressed when you first move into the new place. So expect a lot of barking, which will not score points with your new neighbours. You boys have a lot of stuff. My first apartment on the Upper West Side was all of 30 sqm, with one small closet. I had to edit 2/3s of my wardrobe to fit. Since then, I've moved eight times in the last 10 years, to different cities, for employment. Each time, I've edited down to less and less. Take it from an old fart like me, you can live better with less. Now I collect life experiences instead of things.
