NYC Apartment Tour

If anyone is wondering an apartment like that is well over 6000 a month or more. Also it's not the norm for a new york apartment. Most do not have heated bathroom floors or those odd door handles. Apartments like this are usually rented by wealthy people that relocate to new york from other states or other countries. There's tons to do and lots of great food in new york, have fun.

I would go as far as to say well over 10K per month. EASY. I had a studio with similar features that in NYC was $4,400 so yeah.... I would guess this to be $10 - 14K Depending on what neighborhood it is.

Depending on where in the city this is, the rent for a new build, two bedroom with terrace is between $10K- $15K. I thought maybe this was LIC but then she mentioned all the famous people and I realized it is probably somewhere in Tribeca/downtown. That was a really expensive mistake and gives us a little insight into your cash flow. I hope you get a subleaser soon. Though the winter is usually the dead season from a real estate perspective. Also, only a tiny sliver of people can afford to live in an apartment like this.

Honestly, I was in such a dark place. I needed to get out of LA fast and to pick up my whole life and move is hard and it's scary. But I really feared for myself in LA so this place was like a sanctuary for me at the time. But life doesn't slow down for anyone....I had to go back to work after a few months. I realized that to really heal and get back into real life, I needed the space where I spend 80% of my time....needs to make me feel good. So I moved again. I'm incredibly blessed to have the means to do this. It's truly because of you guys. Honestly, you being here makes me feel less alone in this journey and it lights a fire in me to make more videos. I want to be more open on here because you guys are my people....I just want everyone to be happy, healthy, and just live their life to the fullest.

Didn't move on. Still not over it. I moved to separate myself from a place full of memories and the people who caused me a lot of pain. This situation has brought a lot of grief, sadness, and anger into my life. I'm not an angry person and I don't want to live my life feeling that way. So I moved far far away to heal. It makes me feel better, but I do cry a lot because I miss my old life and my best friend. Everything was so good and I was so happy. But life is hard and crazy and now I'm trying my best to find little joys everyday until I am happy again. Believe me....I don't think I'll ever move on from Nimbus. And I'll never understand why Heaven needed him so soon.

If there is one thing that I can tell you , it’s this : take one day at a time. Yes, Nimbus will always be a part of your heart, BUT time will heal you little by little. And maybe this will sound cringy , but I came to the conclusion that everything in this life comes as a lesson or as a reward. Cry. Cry your emotions and heart out because at some point, you will feel a bit more at ease.And an advice , please look into therapy. Sometimes our deepest and darkest emotions are so so heavy and hard to handle so allow yourself to be helped. I wish you a great 2025 . May you find your peace and happiness. Hello there! Ah I'm sorry I made you feel this way. I didn't want to drag out the video with the many reasons why this specific apartment didn't work for me for the video's time sake. The biggest issue that I mentioned in the video was that my furniture didn't fit. The furniture I brought along is furniture I invested in and intend to take with me for the rest of my life. To store it all would cost me upwards of $600+ for storage a month & then buying new furniture I'd keep for a year? It just didn't make sense. NYC is already killing me with the cost of living. Filming in this apartment was a challenge and keep in mind this is my job..it's my livelihood. I live and work in that space. It's my office and sanctuary. It just has to be a happy place for me to be in. Also, I don't share a lot of where I came from before becoming a content creator. I struggled HARD to pay rent, keep up with bills, and I didn't have the greatest support system. I worked hard, got lucky on tiktok, and this life fell into my lap. Every one has a different reality and I don't think it's right to put a person down for sharing their life. I cannot hate a nepo baby born into millions because that's THEIR reality and it's just the way they live. If they're a poo poo person with terrible character. Heck yeah, keep them accountable. I understand that I'm insanely lucky and privileged. But I do know where I came from and how dang hard I had to work to get to where I am now. All I can say is, please don't judge or put a person down with ugly words. We're all human with feelings and different stories. It's not easy in this world....so please please please be kind
