listen up. i'm 52 born raised in nyc but parents were irish immigrants. also have lots of family from england. my biggest piece of advice is this: profile...AND I MEAN PROFILE...every black and hispanic person that you come near by on the streets or in the subways. My great grandparents lived in New York City - around 22nd street. That was about 50 years ago. A lot of Puerto Ricans lived in that area. I believe at one time it was called Hell's Kitchen.
