I'm ashamed to say that, unfortunately, our politicians waste a ton of it on Bentleys and Maybachs (and I don't even live in the capital but in a smallish oblast city). If American leaders demanding accountability from leaders here, we Ukrainians would also benefit as much less would be wasted and more competent, patriotic leaders might replace some of the current ones.
