Food trucks always seem so cool, they're not really a thing where I live. Always happy to see your content. My Dad recently passed away n we always watched your show together, his sense of humour meant he always made fun of your sense of humour, he liked that you tried everything n always did your best to show respect and get to know the people and culture you were visiting. My dad always wanted to travel the world but he met my mum on his first stop and well that's history. This is why businesses like KFC do well in places like Vietnam where they didn't have KFC. There's nothing special frying shrimp and mashing potatoes. Falefel is designed to be eaten with other ingredients, although you can eat it in its own - it’s just so much more enjoyable in a wrap with the sauce/s & pickles/veggies and it’s so good! It’s versatile in a way that you can be adventurous with what you pair it with. We sometimes westernize our falefel sandwiches by adding grated cheese for an additional layer of richness/creaminess

Lmaooo the expression, “put their(his/her) foot(any other body part) in it” means it was made very well, and tastes amazing. The more obscure the body part, the better it tastes. thing is that both the rude vendor and the nice vendor are representing NYC because even though it has a reputation for being a tough city when you really get down to it the people are are working hard and putting all they can into what they have to offer. They are still mostly assholes lol. I've lived here for a few years and alot of other states. I can confidently say I've never met a ruder bunch of people. It's terrible lol. Can't wait to move. The nice people are super nice and the rude ones are the worst of the worst. Unfortunately the rude ones outweigh the nice ones by a large margin. They make day to day interactions a pain. Stuck here dealing with them until work changes lol. Just praying everyday to get out of this cespool. Foods good though.
