I’m a natural redhead and I get SAD in summer, every year like clock work! I think it’s because we are made for colder climates 😊, as soon as Autumn comes its a huge sigh of relief!

You look fab! Routine is everything though. I get really thrown as well if it changes. Could be worth getting blood checked for iron levels. I had borderline anaemia earlier In the year and felt puffy and depressed a lot. Travel home to Ireland did it to me last year. Hope you feel better soon. Enjoy your Mammy time!

You look beautiful and not bloated at all, although I know how you feel may say otherwise. I’m from Westchester county in NY and what you said about the intensity of the city is so true! But if you love NY I would suggest checking out Westchester, or even Nassau county on LI or areas nearby in Connecticut. The city is only a 20-40min train commute that way! Best of both worlds ☺️

I encourage you to change up something in your routine and find time to seek Jesus and spend time getting to know HIM! His word is real life and when you spend time getting to know HIM, he gives you the desires of your heart and the peace that surpasses any of your understanding’s! He loves you so much And wants a daily relationship with you! Keep advocating for your body, as you said, no one knows it better than you!!! Hopefully, your doctor in Ireland can get to the bottom of it and find out what's wrong 🤞☺ And heck yeah you packed well!!!
