Why taking the A train? Canal Street with A train is much further walk. If you're coming from Penn Station, try to catch the N, Q, or R train, that Canal Street station take you right to Chinatown. Those rice noodle look delicious, I will definitely get them next time.

Yeah you should definitely try the rice noodles! The A train actually has a pretty similar amount of walk compared to the N, Q, R for the part of Chinatown we went to. I think the D train would actually be slightly faster because it has fewer stops to Grand Street.
