Make a list and do two things you love every day, also shower and change every day. I’m seeing my therapist with on line meetings, look into it and ask friends who they like, they know you and can provide good references, also your family dr. Lately most therapy is free or low cost if you are struggling with money . Take care. .

@Al Gernon I totally agree with you, depression gets people when they are alone or it makes them alone so it is better to talk to people "air out your thoughts" I suffered BIG time from it really big time it was so painful mentally and physically BUT THERE IS A WAY OUT.

Hahah prayers for my lovely tiny sweet little wifey tho because this was not planned because 2 years ago she lost our supposed to be last child also unplanned pregnancy and even tho we said 2 and done, she has been determined to actually plan a 3rd pregnancy but we have both been completely terrified of losing another baby and it took a depressing toll on both of us but of course especially on my little mommy after she had cysts on her ovaries that freak accident caused her miscarriage! I pray this time tho everything is 100% healthy because idk how her sweet tiny huge hearted wifey and amazing mommy will be able to cope with yet another child death in her little tummy! Y’all pray for the love of my life the past 12 years since the day she asked me out!!! (The opposite of man asking on date, she wasn’t playing around and went after what she wanted and got it forever ofocurse lol)

I swear Mikey is the reason I want to try hotpot, it always looks so good. I’ll try it eventually, we have a few in my states capital city (South Aussie) that sound good. He’s the reason I’ve tried Mochi, bubble/boba tea, bento box and ramen. Hey, you can go online to KFL and they do delivery. You can search under frozen meat category for all the sliced meats and meat balls. Then, you can go to their chinese grocery section and search for hotpot ingredient where they have the HDL (Hai Di Lao - the same brand that mikey had in this video) hot pot soup base... and you're good to go!!
