NYC’s Most Beautiful Desserts Are 100% Vegan || Eat Seeker: Rawsome Treats

When Watt Sriboonruang first started creating raw vegan desserts, they tasted like cardboard. At the time, she was training hard as an amatuer muay thai boxer but still craving desserts. Her goal was to eat a little cleaner but still be able to reward herself with delicious treats after her intensive muay thai training. She tested out her choco mango pie, red velvet cake, and black sesame pie on her teammates who continued to encourage her to make more and more vegan desserts. And so Rawsome Treats was born.
Eat Seeker gets right to the meat of a restaurant's story. Each episode focuses on a single chef or owner from some of the best, most innovative restaurants all across the country and gives you a behind-the-counter look at their process and how they make some some of the most exciting dishes in America. From Michelin star restaurants to tacos trucks and pizza shops, we got you covered. What is the chef’s vision, and how do they make it happen? What’s the story behind the food?
