As a taxi driver and born & raise in NYC I have to say at least he trying to understand the concept and then work things out not like the DOT cause whoever making the decisions on lanes bike lanes is not from NYC 8th ave is not to have a bike lane to much business for that instead of widening the street they made it more narrow 🤔 o yeah congestion price 😂😂😂
