I can't wait to move to Virginia and be closer to things and stores like that! As you were bushing by the My Hero Academia stuff i was drooling and trying to see what i could. The tiny part of Florida i live in now doesn't have much access to anime within 6 or 8 hours drive. Unless i get to attend Metrocon which is only once a year and 2 and half hours away. It will be nice to not be isolated any more!

For someone living in Stockholm in Sweden I’m amazed that the US don’t have that big of a public transport as one would think. Here in Stockholm alone there is a very large subway for its size. And many boats, tram, busses and a railroad. ❤️

I love nyc because of transportation also! My family always takes the ferry from NJ to the city because it's so much easier! I like that the transit system is at least there so I can travel around the city for concerts :)

Really cool to see Book-Offs in another area! The ones around me have started getting dolls in semi-regularly which I've been loving. The thing that gets me about Book-Off is that the prices seem to make no sense! I have found some incredible deals ($300 grail for $20) but also seen some ridiculously overpriced things. Ah well, the thrill of the hunt, right?

Squatchin...I believe me & one of my BFFs have used that word. 😂 We both love Sasquatch & get each other swag stuff with them on it, etc. One time we went to a roller dirby & same auditorium had a Star Wars convention or whatever. Love your videos! Your videos always make me laugh. The comments at the train station were so funny. Oh Los Angeles, California has a pretty good lightrail system. I was surprised. I have not experienced N.Y. transit so I can't compare.

Does LA really? My thing is that most states have a commuter train or a reasonably okay bus system but it’s always just setup for the rich people to go to and from work (in Austin this is VERY apparent and Houston has REALLY nice and well timed buses for suburb commuters while the other buses are… not) NY impresses me because no matter what type of transit I’m taking I can get where I’m going with very little walking and I don’t have to wait that long for whatever transportation… Last time I went to LA we barely did anything because of how ridiculous the traffic was 😭I was so sad!! But I’ll be back soon…

I took French growing up and have been trying to learn spanish on my own and recently went to italy where I attempted to learn some italian to get by…i mix things up all the time lol but in your favor you’re mind is younger and since you have studied languages that aren’t latin based you may have a better time with reading/learning Japanese. I only learned some travel japanese words - I just couldn’t wrap my mind around the written language 😭

@@xCanadensis thank you!! 🫶 i’m glad my limited vocab was understandable haha and i don’t really know a lot about Chinese i think that japanese Kanji originates from China but i think learning hiragana and katakana might be more distinct! especially Katakana cause if you read it out you can probably make out what it means because its used for foreign words :)
