Hello, but before I do that, let me say how happy I am for you that you recently moved into a luxurious apartment. I know I'm "late." Your apartment is lovely, cozy, and nice. Even though it's a rent-controlled apartment, you mentioned in your previous video that you pay 2,300 a month in rent. You're lucky!
