I know it's hard, but as someone who has very low lows sometimes, you gotta force yourself to go to bed at the decent time and get up at a decent time. Don't flip the egg! Use a pan with a lid and let the steam cook the top/yolk to your desired done-ness :)

If you don't like the smell use some kind of fat to cook it (butter, Ghee, avocado oil) just a small amount (1 Tablespoon)

I also get grossed out by egg, to the point where I switched over to JustEgg a year or so ago. The liquid kind in the bottle is so-so but the folded ones that come frozen are fab.

tip for cooking an egg, if you're not an egg lover. I can't stand the smell of a egg frying, so... I (this will sound kind of weird) melt a tsp. of butter (can use olive oil) in a coffee mug. Crack the egg into the mug, cover it with paper towel and cook it in the microwave for 30 - 40 seconds (might need more time if your microwave is lower wattage). The egg cooks - medium but doesn't smell. It turns out more like a poached egg, but it is pretty good. Might want to try it! 😉

Hey.. when you’re frying the egg put a lid over it and then you don’t have to flip it and it cooks well x

Two options when it comes to eggs. Either cook it at medium to low heat and put a lid on it or… cook it on low heat after starting it at medium heat until the bottom has taken shape. I love to eat eggs in all forms.. it’s my favorite thing to cook. If you don’t have a pan lid you can also use foil, btw!
