Love the plant! Hoping the pot it came with has a drainage hole so it doesn’t get root rot when you water it. Most pots from store don’t.

I wish I could’ve gone to the curly girl festival. Cute haul and the plant 🪴 looked great. When I lived in Colorado I always had the plants and they thrived but now that I live in the desert I don’t. Aw snake plants should be perfect for the dessert! They don't mind dry soil - you can also try a ZZ plant, they're stunning and only need to be watered every 2-3 weeks!

I love the clothes I think in New York its easier to embrace our natural hair so diverse I'm still working hard to embrace mine be comfortable with my tight curls and frizzy hair in it's natural state and we should feel comfortable with our hair the way it is without straightening it or wearing weaves to hide it beautiful great event yes you need patience especially with free products curly hair can be expensive.

Yet another stellar and fully enjoyable vlog, Kirsten. Oh, I wish a curly girl event happened here in the L. A. metro area! I would have loved to experience it as you did, minus the burn, lines and sore feet! Honestly, I have every tool for versatile styling with my hair.....but I don't use them because my curls are God-given and nearly fuss-free. I do always wear a hat in the sun because I also burn so easily, and sometimes even through my thinner clothes. I use waterproof sunscreen as well since I perspire easily. 🥵 Your hauls were really cute, as usual. Job well done❣️💕🫶🏼

I have straight hair, but I've always wanted curly hair. I used to perm my hair in high school.... but I guess the expense and maintenance of it all made me embrace my straight hair... but I think if there was a ''straight fest'' it might attract a different kind of crowd.... 🤔

I did the opposite, always relaxing my hair in middle school to make it straight - so glad those chemical treatment days are over, it was awful for my hair! Hahah I never thought about a straight fest, definitely doesn't sound like an event for hair

Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉!!! Love it...I've been seeing a lot of ads for the ice cream makers on IG the last few months. I have a Ninja coffee maker and blender. Their products are top tier. Recently purchased an immersion blender as well to take the load off my Ninja blender. I use mine to mix up my bulletproof coffee every morning!!
