Been in a slump lately where I didn't really care, stopped working out and making an effort to actually cook food and as I was about to just grab a snack, I clicked on this vlog and seeing how consistent you are at doing something I'm utterly lazy at motivated me so much I made myself an actual healthy meal and I went workout. hopefully this will last a bit!
