Sir, had transanal excision of rectal polyp 4×3cm . Biopsy mentioned Well differentiated Adenocarcinoma, Muscularis propria does not show tumor. Followed by Colonoscopy, rectal EUS. Biopsy mentioned negative for Dysplasia/malignancy.Age-49yrs,Veg, Indian, Negative family history. What it means???

i m confused y u called TVA low grade as filiform TSA..ITS A BIT CONFUSING FOR ME .
