@@josephmitchell5302 SIR is a rapid transit line. It was a true railroad long ago but more like a subway line now. SIR only blows horn when passing thru stations without stopping.

Lack of train connection to Manhattan will do that. Even jersey is connected by train

@@BeeBee-pl9ly Culver was designed to be extended to Staten Island but it never was. It is likely that the or an equivalent of the F would run Culver Express and terminate in Staten Island. Provisions also exist on the 4th Avenue Line.
