As most have said here....having no caps on your trap system is so beyond weird. That's not exactly good to have that level of gasses and smell coming in to your basement area like that. Donald btw how would they go about repairing a lip in the line like that? I mean that's likely from the foundation settling when this place was built but that would be a completely yard ripping operation I assume. Is that something your guy's company does or is that something more beyond what you guys can do and would need a different parent service?
