I hope to be in that area next month, so I really enjoyed the preview. You might want to check out Mt. Scott, Medicine Park, and Meers... all in the Lawton Area.... lots of buffalo roaming right across the roadway (on Mt Scott) last time I was there.

Nye Armstrong I believe it! Oklahoma weather is crazy. Oh, if you ever get a chance the Oklahoma Tallgrass Prairie just north of Pawhuska, OK is incredibly beautiful and quiet. Nothing but the sound of the wind in the grasses and the buffalo lowing. The Pioneer Woman mercantile is also in that town. We just looked around a bit. It is cute but pricey! Hope you stay safe in your adventures!

Yeah, please get coco a sweater or jacket. You say it’s hot inside but you’re covered head-to-toe. Chihuahuas are warm climate dogs. Please trust that she’s cold for real, regardless of her also natural tendency to shake, being a small breed. Love your adventurous spirit but please help keep your companion warm.🙏🙏🙏

Off topic but is shaking just like a chihuahua thing? Every chihuahua I've met shakes like they're freezing to death. Great videos, I live in my suv seasonally (eastern canada) and will be gearing up myself in a couple months.

Brandon Taylor... My Chi doesn't shake, but he's not a teacup or micro. I've noticed it's usually the tiny cuties that shake more than any others. Choo is 9 pounds.

You driving through that flooded road is my actual reoccurring nightmare! Happened to us once in a flash flood in Louisiana and we were slowly being pulled into the swamp(filled with alligators) so now I see flooded roads and can't even ack! Just curious, why are you doing all your camping during winter and not better weather?

I'd rather be cold than hot to be perfectly honest. The idea of sleeping in a hot car makes my skin crawl. And I hate snakes. Like HATE snakes... and I feel comfortable walking around in ice cold weather and not being attacked at every point from a different kind of poisonous snake. ALSO! Very little bugs! I typically don't camp/hike in the summer months. I am phobic of snakes... and all bugs eat my sweet meat. The list goes on and on really. lol

My ex girlfriend said with wasp spray works just as good Deschutes 25 ft 2 and definitely deters people from trying to mess with you or animals for that matter lol I agree with you though if women are going to remote wilderness areas like that I would definitely strongly advise taking friend or at least letting someone know what is going what time you get there and what time you plan on leaving and if they don't hear from you then head that way or call the police
