I am a dry skin type and I have used it, and all I wanna say is the face shop one is better both are available in nykaa at 100rs each, but the face shop one have anti ageing properties and the serum quality is more thick and keeps your skin moisturized for long. The serum in nykaa is a bit more watery. If you are using the face shop sheet mask you'll definitely feel the difference in serum consistency if you switch to nykaa. I am not saying that nykaa sheet mask is not good for your skin, as every skin is different, it's just that the face shop is a bit better and it worked for me.

No, don't sleep with mask on, it will absorb all the essence. Sheet masking should be kept between 15-25 minutes and should not exceed 30 minutes.
