Ma ny novel abi half hi parha hy .umerra ahmad ny es ma aks ko teen namo ma bata ker parhny waly ko uljayaya zayada hy .esi uljhan ma phans ky qari sara novel parhta hy .😑

For me it is a highly recommended book. The one time molested child can and most of the time suppresses the incident. In later life they block it in their mind and do not look at it. That's what happened with Aks in this novel. The one which had repeated incidents keeps living it and can become a molester himself. Just like the DC sahab. He was caught in a chain reaction. Anyways nice review but you haven't mentioned Umera's technique of mixing past and present. In this book especially in first few chapters you can not tell apart clearly which scenes are from present and which are from past. Aks is the strongest character you wrote and Sherdil is the most underrated hero ever.

I don't know if everyone think the same but in my opinion....Sherdil was a cheat he can never be a hero...he was cheating sherbano with aks even when aks was not intrested in him but still he was flirting with aks.

Mai isey kisi b tarah se ek acha attempt nahi kahungi .Trauma ko bohat trivialise kiya gaya plus trauma se recovery ki bohat hi misrepresent kiya gaya. I think aisa koi b novel likhne se pehle writer ko kuch sexual assault victims se baat karni chahiye thi to get a realistic view on things. Hawa m baatein karni aasan hoti hai. There was no substance to the struggle story . Instead it was overshadowed by a problematic romance. Aks was a forced positive character. Like in your face . The abusers were never shown undergoing repercussions. Instead they conveniently killed themselves. This is not the reality of many assault victims. Unko apne abuser ko face karna padta hai. Is novel n sab kuch conveniently kept falling in place for the female lead. I don't know who are the people getting inspired by this.

I read this book but being a women she showed a excellent scenerio on Aks.... Its a lesson that if you face any tragedy,dont allow it to spoil your life .stand up and by your ranking by your hardworking show your obvious answer.....its recommend

I dont like this novel . baqi novels ki tara ma ny abi mid tkk para hai .aur last bi pr chuki hun . pr they both cheat shairdil and akks to sherbano . sherbano ka kya qasoor tha wo dono ko pata tha k wo dono 1 dosry ko pasand karty han ya tu phly kisi tara shadi kr leta lkn shadi k baad sherbano ny bht suffer ky . shairdil ki 1 beti the .usko harkot ko control karta . same Aks ko pata tha wo isy pasand karta pr shadi shuda hai . aur wesy wo middle class belong karti the .usy zyada tameez honi chyea the .larkon sy fasla rakhney ki lkn wo hargz bi nzr nh aya 2nd last jo ma ny dekh thora sa abi wo aks agin unki shadi karwa dete hai . lkn shairdil kya phr apni beti k ly us sy phr shadi sherbano sy . ?mera dil karta hai akks ko jesy in ma sy nikal jana chyea tha . kunk shaidil start ma kafi sherbano ko behla chuka hai .aur usk muhh pr jhoot bolta hai usk peecha har waqat akks sy sath phr rha hota . har jaga marta hota is pr sherbano ko tu us ny apni ana ki taskeen k ly rakh hota hai . I don't like there character of shairdil and Akks . there .they play a negative roll.
