Merci pour ton retour ! Le capteur d'ouverture de porte permet-il de configurer le verrouillage automatique de la porte dès que celle-ci se ferme ? J'y pense notamment lorsque l'on ferme la porte pour sortir de chez soit afin d'éviter d'oublier d'avoir à verrouiller depuis le keypad

Non car ça serait embêtant si la porte se verrouille tout le temps dès que la porte est fermée mais pour cet effet il y le « lock and go » où on appuie deux fois sur le Nuki et qu’il verrouille la porte dès qu’elle est fermée soit à l’aide du « geofencing » où la porte se verrouille dès que vous vous éloignez de la maison (et vice versa).

Je m'interrogeais sur cette possibilité dans le cadre de la location saisonnière de manière à ce que lorsque les clients quittent l'appartement celui-ci puisse se verrouiller sans manœuvre manuelle de leur part et éviter les oublis. Regarding the auto lock, in your demonstration it is not the door sensor which closed the door, but the double tap on the door lock.

Yes, it’s the dubble tab that activates the doorlock but… the smart lock waits to execute until the door sensor senses that the door is closed 😉

@@LaPalmeraie0032 ok thx. Is it not possible to autolock without the double tap ? I thought it was working that way, you open your door, and close it then it autolocks without Any double tap, just knowing you opened and closed the door.

Can you set Alexa to inform you that the door has not been closed properly whith the door sensor ? How does the notification perform, is it fast enough ?

the sensor is only for the Nuki app and isn't visible in the Home app as such. For such usage I would advice you to use a regular door sensor such as those of Aqara for instance. However, with the Nuki sensor you can use the lock & go feature and it will never lock the door if the door isn't properly closed. Yes, it’s only for the smart lock. If you only want a door sensor you can check my other videos. I have one for the Meross sensor and one for the Eve sensor. 😉

the door sensor installed backwards. Be very careful, the information in the video is incorrect. I installed it like this and I had to take it off again, because it was wrong. the light goes in the lower part, not in the ee above. be very careful with the information given here, it is wrong

Hi! Make the difference between open & closed (like when going through the doorway) and locked & unlocked like when leaving home. The Nuki can lock and unlock the door but isn’t aware of the position of the door. This means that you can open your door but still will be able to lock it. With the door sensor you will know if the door is closed as well and the Nuki will lock when the door is closed. In the app you can see all these statuses. The « open door » feature is something else. This will unlock your door but hold the key for a moment so the door pops open. I made a dedicated video on this subject 😉
