When you break down everything Andy has gone through...Son murdered, wife murdered, one partner murdered, another partner died, struggling with addiction, not to mention all the horror and degradation he saw as a detective....it's pretty amazing he was even able to get out of bed in the morning. Not many people have shoulders that broad.

Amen Mike. To say Andy's Plate seemed to be Full All The Time would be a huge understatement. Not too many could have kept going forward. Salute!

I think this is one of the most joyous I've seen of Andy, which is fitting since I think it signifies, he is somewhat with peace with Andy Jr.'s death. One of the reasons why his relationship with Theo in the upcoming seasons is so special and it makes me wish we would've gotten that sequel series a few years ago that ABC passed on.

Brough tears to my eyes to see this again. Andy's happiness at seeing Andy Jr. and how he get's all crazy sometimes; that and his obvious deep hurt over Andy Jr.'s death. Sipowitz was such a complex and nuanced character. The writers really did a fantastic job. So much better than anything today. No crazy explosions, loud music or cheap plots.

I have dreams like this involving my Mom. I just kiss her on the cheek and cry uncontrollable in her lap. She doesn't say anything she just holds me and let's me cry. I tell her how much I love and miss her until I wake up feeling adrift. I choose to think it's the dead communicating with us. 💖😔❤️

Andy Jr dying was so hard to watch. And when Andy “sees “ him later on… Doesn’t everyone who has lost a loved one wish they could see them again? Great acting.

When my sister passed away I had recurring dreams where me and my mom got to speak to her and she knew that she had died but she was able to still look the same and sound the same as she did in life. We got to meet her and at an old house that me, my sister and our brother use to stay at during the summer when we were out of school for the summer.

Really great episode....but then again, they all were. What a series. For those unfamiliar with the episode, Andy Jr reveals, at the end of the episode, that the man Andy asked to switch seats with was Jesus. "You should have talked across me." Kind of vague. At the end of the episode, when Andy sees him again, he makes it clearer..."What did I tell you at the diner? Talk (to him) through me."

I think this scene signifies what all of us feel when we lose someone close to us my parents died seven months apart of each other over five years ago and sometimes I still have dreams about them. Whenever they pop up in one of my dreams I don't bother asking myself how did they get where I am my only care is wanting to spend quality time which brings me joy.

Andy Jr. dies trying to prevent a Bar Stick up. Andy dreams about his oldest boy and has a very clear but also bewildering conversation with him too. As this conversation is happening in this dream, yet another Bar Stick Up is happening as well at that very moment in real time. As Andy wakes up and whilst still in a sort of hypnotic mindset, he hears of this crime when answering the phone. I was really hoping Sylvia would be able to help Andy when she said she heard him talking in his sleep. I've always heard an old tale of how certain foods eaten before bed causes one to have "Twilight Zone" type dreams. Wonder what Andy had for dinner? Cheers From The BLUE Kitchen In Ohio

It’s one thing to kick yourself for a mistake in a real conversation. Kicking yourself for a conversation in a dream is a whole other level of self loathing.
