NYPD releases Brooklyn subway police shooting body camera footage

The NYPD has released body camera video from the police shooting inside a Brooklyn subway station last weekend. The shooting left four people injured, including the suspect, an officer and two innocent bystanders.

I keep seeing people on social media protesting this about getting shot for skipping the fare. But they don’t mention the fact he had a knife and refused to put it down even after being tazed. Therefore, they did not show entire incident from beginning to end. Also, the released footage is redacted unnecessarily by blurring the bystanders.
