Every employer in New York State is now required to establish a sexual harassment prevention policy and is now required to provide employees with sexual harassment prevention training.

No signed acknowledgement is required, but employers are encouraged to develop and keep a signed acknowledgement and to keep a copy of training records. These records may be helpful in addressing any future complaints or lawsuits.

I have viewed the videos and agree with all information presented. However, I feel that David and Tatiana are both guilty of unacceptable behavior. They should both be fired.
