When Hurricane Harvey hit Texas it led to record flooding in the area. It made ordinary Texans into heroes but not everyone could be saved. In our documentary we look at the toll the storm took on two women affected by the storm.

This were really dark days for us houstonians may god bless all of the affected and thank you too everybody that risked their lives trying to help rescue people

The human chain really hit me cause those people saved that elderly man’s life from drowning. If it wasn’t for those people he wouldn’t be here. I thank them for their hard work and effort💖 God really sent his angels down.

It was way more than 50 inches. 50 inches was the lowest amount some areas received. I heard that some scientists believe that 60-70 inches is how much rain actually fell.

I live here in Houston and one thing I do know is that they need to stop tearing down the trees and wetlands because that’s where they are building the new houses and that’s where the water will stay

Even for people in a code red medical emergency, there were not enough helicopters and there were zero ambulance boats in most areas of this city, so you have to prepare for extreme heat and flooding here.

Trump pulled us out of the Paris Climate agreement. Trump pushes Right-wing propaganda that denies science. Trump said, "What a crowd!" when he visited. I could go on.
