Edgar Matobato said the bodies were dumped in "Gaisano Subdivision" and King was shot in McDonald's Hotel which doesn't exist. Motabato was a member of the gang called Lambada Boys in 1988. And the hit songs Lambada was released in 1989. Davao City Information Office released the service card and confirmed that Motabato worked as a labor in the City hall, but according to his testimony, he worked at Davao City under the “Heinous Crimes Section.” He is a former rebel member group called New People's Army and his business is gun for hire. He said he killed over 1000 in the Philippine Senate hearing not 50 base on the interview. Good job NYT:-)

The witness as a whistleblower Mr.Lascanas a police and Mr. Matobato was investigated in Senate and was found lying. They don't even know the exact place and the exact time of the happenings and the name of the person was allegedly died was not even in the lists of crimes in Davao City. The hearing in Senate was completed in more than one week. Matobato was found involved in many cases in different areas of Davao City. The same witnesses was used in the ICC in filing their case by critics and Atty. Sabio. After a year, the lawyer resigned as he did not received any payment and the whistleblowers used as a withness was found lying. This was after the results of the Senate investigations.

Before you believe this guy, know this facts first...He was in a senate hearing, speak about the things he know, without being under oath, nor has he even secure an affidavit. If he is telling the truth, would you not be advised by your legal advisers to secure an affidavit first? The Nograles he pertained to even denied the claims that Duterte assassinated one of their employees. Second, he said that around 30 people shot one man, but remained alive when Duterte came, and fired the last shot that killed the guy. Tell me, is that even possible, 30 guys, point blank and still be alive. Even if they fired one shot, thats 30 shot point blank...His claims are all inconsistent..
