man you can be unfit when you start this but if you do all this 3 times a week for 2-3 weeks in a row you will see the difference

Thanks for this comment bro, im current 160kgs 24yrs old and just started trainning by myself, looking at dropping my weight and learn some skills before next season and ill jump into a club, this comment made my day, even though im big i think im fast for my size but i get tired quick, so knowing these will help if i stick to them makes me happy cheers bro

@@tubbylako27 2 years ago I was about 124kgs this really helped me run fast and I lost 9kgs in the process after about 2 months... I was playing rugby and my stamina and speed just shot through the roof after 3 weeks of starting. But we did this training for 2 hours for a session. It's honestly torture but me being the freak I am enjoyed every second of it.

I’m learning to play rugby league right now, at 41 😣. Would you do all these drills in one session, or split them up throughout the week? And are you doing multiple sets or just 1 each? Sorry for all the questions 😮

I remember in football they would have us run a drill where 6 guys would be running in a line and they last person would sprint to be the leader of the pack so does the rest of the people, eventually making u last

The snake drill. I do that for a warm up, it gets the team talking and it test you're fitness when you got to sprint up from the back.
