Here I'm building it with various things and showing you the features of the case, the problems I experienced while building as well as the highlights. Saved me from buying a new case lol ...thanks......for anyone wondering about the aio "user error" basically the high part (or lip) of the radiator mount should be flipped and placed on the lower side

As long as the pump is lower than the top of the radiator then the air bubbles won't get to the pump. Although in a front mount, tubes up situation you could hear bubbling. It's better with tubes down, pump lower than the end of the radiator.

is this case better than my NZXT 440 that i bought like in 2015 or 2016? it's been a very quiet unit and I've not had any overheating. But I'm really interested to know if i should go with Corsair Capellex Elite , Arctic cooler II, or the Kraken unit?? Help is appreciated, .... are NZXT coolers reliable...I've had a Corsair cranking for 5 to 6 years without fail (h100i 240mm) in an NZXT 440 case.

In order to take the top panel off you have to take off the front first and then it will leave a small gap at the front to put your hand in and lift... However great video as always!

I never understood why people care so much about cable management...if you gonna cover the whole cable mess with the side panel , so what is the point of managing them?!

The kraken pumps are thick they push the Ram stick to the right a little bit and make the place snug ,, they should reduce the pumps diameters to be more thin so it doesn’t push the ram stick

i'm building pc with H710 , what bothering me is actually the top panel, i wish we could just keep it removed so watercooling fan just exausht directly outside i could keep it removed through power button will not be "protected"

It's a bit fiddly. If I recall correctly you have to unscrew it pull it out towards you but also side ways

Yes. The thing that matters is the size of the board - atx, itx, E-atx etc. But most motherboards are atx which will fit. But just check before you buy.

Are the stand offs holding the back plate for the aio supposed to be so loose? Mine wriggles around a fair bit Making me question If I should mount the aio on them..

This case needs an all white version. Maybe make the bar inside black or grey with a white interior. And an airflow front lol

Not for the AIO specifically as there's a breakout cable from the pump which you can plug the fans into

Great video it’s my point of reference for my current build!! I have hit the same problem as you have when mounting the kraken at the top of my case, the bottom of one of the fans is touching the motherboard, you said you had mounted this the wrong way, but what is the correct way to mount it?

Never mind, figured it out!! I didn’t realise you can flip the bracket over so it’s actually raised!

Yeah the bracket was the wrong way around. Annoying eh? Glad you worked it out

@@ongkillian the top bracket for the case only goes in one way really. You can mount it in both but with the rad on it won't fit in one direction. You just need to turn it around to face the other way.. which means remounting the radiator but then it will fit.

Well I'm lucky as almost every part of my pc is the same except the AIO. I chosen x53 and it won't fit on the top as the motherboard is too thick. So I ended up taking the front 3 fans and mount it on the top as exhaust. Fingers crossed it will do the job. Right now I hate myself for not measuring up correctly the thickness of the motherboard and the thickness of the aio with fans attached. I just have rgb in the front facing the blackness of the pc in the future as a remainder for all eternity 😐

Front panel comes off by pulling from the bottom and top comes off from pulling up from the front of the top panel, super easy

I have the same setup with h710i. Works perfect. The CPU is colder by using the water cooling in Front of the tower (insted of the top like here in the vid). By the way, 3080 + water cooling dosnt fit in h510 elite. H510 elite was my first try 😂

@@itsyoboig3325 try your Setup without any cover. (Take out your top, Front and glas side cover). If this works better, you may have an airlow problem. Then try some other fan speed.

***LOOKS LIKE MY COMMENT ISNT POSTING**** I think I got everything to work but the RGB lighting strip and the 3 fans pre installed in front of my case. The one fan in the back was not working either but I plugged that directly into my motherboard and that worked correctly. But When I powered on my pc again the 3 fans in the front of the case and the RGB strip doesn’t turn on. It looks as everything is connected correctly I’m not sure. Did you run into this problem? Are there any solutions?! Or do I have to just connect everything to the motherboard. I researched online and other people had the same issue they say the smart device doesn’t like to function correctly . Or it may just be something we’re doing wrong. Thank you so much!

Have you connected it (the smart hub) to SATA power? It also needs to be connected to your USB header.

Do you mean the top fan radiator? If so it's the wrong way round. Turn it the other way.

I have the same case and AIO, but after installing the radiator and fans to the top bracket I couldn't put it back in because the fans were blocked by the top part of the motherboard (mine is a gigabyte z590 aorus pro ax). Any help ?

You have the bracket the wrong way round. I made the same mistake. Flip it.

I'm not sure if you're still using the H710 case, but you should look into ColdZero's custom panels for that case. Multiple designs and increased airflow, definitely an upgrade from a solid plate. Great videos!

Do you need to plug in the usb-c cable? My motherboard doesn’t have one and I am willing to buy a splitter and adapter as I only have one usb 3 slot but if I don’t need it that would be great

If you don't want to use the front panel usb c, you don't need to plug it in.

for the front audio jack audio connector to work do you need other cable besides the USB 3.0? I ask because I can´t find any others but I saw a "speakers" connector in my motherboard. So the back audio jack portdoes work but the front one doesn´t

Yes, there is a front audio cable and it connects to the bottom left of your motherboard usually.

Kinda sad I have the same case and AIO but the radiator with fans just wouldn't fit at the top I thought it was user error but nope it wasn't I wish I knew more (my mobo is b550m aorus pro ax)

Are you sure it wasn't user error because I had an issue because I'd mounted the tray back to front.

Great vid. I just built one of these and was good to see someone do it first. One thing i couldn't figure out it is there are a bunch of cables coming from the front not sure what they are for , you can see one at 18:06 at the center of frame.
