@@samsun4056 So the content of the loop is liquid and air, you want to get the location of the air bubble to be in the position where it doesn't cause problems. The only position inside of an AIO loop where it's safe for the air bubble is the side of the radiator that is NOT connected to the tubes (both ends of the radiator have a tank and in between those two tanks the water seeps through the body of the radiator). Air is lighter than water so the air bubble will ALWAYS exist in the highest point of the loop. If the pump is the highest point of the loop this is obviously the worst possible configuration as it will cool less and slowly destroy the pump mechanism, the tubes and the radiator tank on the side where the tubes are connected to the radiator are also very bad for obvious reasons. Thus the only good configuration is to have the radiator tank that's not connected to the tubes as the highest point of the loop, here the air bubble causes no damage or cooling issues whatsoever, since the liquid will just fall down here back into the body of the radiator without having to "fight" it's way through this configuration also produces the lowest amount of noise.

@José Mann I've had enough of armchair experts telling people what to do, even bottom mounting an aio is more than fine as long as you don't plan to use it out its warranty period, by that time it would probably fail even if mounted 'correctly'; now let alone this orientation with rad in front and tubes up top, most aios don't even have tubes long enough to get them to the bottom

My Z53 is not even showing up at all on my NZXT cam software. Its only identifying the 2 rgb fan lights on the radiator and the lights on my RAM. I've been trying to display a gif on my cpu's LED display for days but I cant.

I really want to get this to work. I did a custom build a month ago and for 12 days straight before working after work probably 8 hours a day I tried to get my first NZXT Kraken x63 to work after almost two weeks of not being able to use my computer edit videos or pictures and frustratingly sitting at this table hurting my back. I sent it back and got another one. Unfortunately I was using Amazon and even though I was buying new ones you could blatantly see that these things were used as the thermal paste was gone and there was other signs of use as well. The second one literally after three days I couldn't get to work so I bought the RGB fan adapter. With that I actually got the crack and software to finally work and it showed up as a separate pump and fans. The first one would not do that. So I could never change any of my pump settings. I'm actually on the third one now which is the z63 and that one came used as well. But everything has been on hold for an additional two weeks because I upgraded from a i 7/10 gen CPU to and I9 11th gen CPU and I had to go through three different motherboards before we could get everything working. It was ridiculous but every motherboard would work with the 10th gen not with the 11th gen. And I have 2 separate 11th generation chips that would not work on three MSI motherboards. Even after contacting MSI they stated that there must be an error with the Z5 90s. Finally yesterday I got my 4th motherboard delivered and I actually got an 11th generation CPU to work on A Z590! And yeah I tried every troubleshooting possibility including updating bios through every BIOS version on msi's website. But that aside I finally got the computer working but now my z63 is running at 100 degrees Celsius and it says zero RPMs for the pump. So 5 weeks later I still don't have a working computer I've been through four NZXT pumps and four MSI Motherboards... I probably have $3,000 tied up and refunds right now and exchanges and then my first motherboard was $1,000 because I bought a Godlike from MSI and they're not cheap but the pins got bent with all the fumbling around for weeks and weeks and weeks... I just don't understand when stuff supposed to be compatible why it doesn't work and then there's the fact that Amazon can't send a new item when you pay for one. This build has been one of the most frustrating things I've ever done

I really like that display, I can think of numours of idea's to add as picture or gif's on it. I also really like that mirror look and the themp. clocks. Basically one of of the reasons I started looking for these kind of RGB-waterkoolings. No longer need to keep an eye on my system for not getting to warm during hot summer days and heavy gaming. Since I am using your waterkooling I also noticed my PC has less issues and hardly needs help at hot days anymore. However one thing that doesn't make sense to me - don't get me wrong - now why in this period that RGB is coming to the PC and more and more, parts are being build with RGB, there you offer normal non-RGB vans with, while in your store you do sell them with RGB. So without the RGB-vans the Z63 is a bit overpriced if you ask me.

just got the x73 2 days ago. i don't understand why the smooth default spinning effect for the kraken isn't an option in the cam software. i've tried to replicate the effect with loading and covering marquee, but it's either too laggy or too fast. are you guys gonna add it in a future update, maybe?

May be a silly question but fans only blow one way and I don't know which direction is the correct way to install the fans when mounted the fans below the radiator for a top mount (radiator touching chassis and then the fans below it). Why on earth do you show an install with the tubes on the upperside? Air will go up which will result in more noise and less performance (the pump is trying to move air instead of water)

No. AIOs are set up so you never have to mess with the water inside. They are already filled. You just need to install and you are good.

Got two two of these installed and will say! Why make such a nice pump but then I can only think cut corners with the wiring to it! Looks like the designer of the kraken didn’t get paid at the end 😂 and the office apprentice added the wiring design to the finished (prototype) of it at the end on his lunch break..😂😂😂😂
