Thank you for making me feel better about my rice balls! It's hard to find very thinly-sliced meat here, and I have the same problems you do! Since I serve your recipes at home (not bento), I make these an hour or two before lunch, wrap them in plastic film and chill them for an hour or so; they seem to stay wrapped better.
I would make so many of your dishes, but it's so hard to find the ingredients where I live, great vid Nigiricco.

jwrappuhn71 If you have access to Amazon, you can purchase a lot of these ingredients online or in Asian grocery stores and usually for cheap, esp the dry ingredients!

i made those rice balls today, i did it exact the same and they turned out absolutely delicious!! please people that didn't do it yet go try it!!!
