Hi guys i have a question! Do you keep your meal prep containers into freezers then use microwave to heat it up? or just the fridge will do? Because My brown rice tend to get hard and dry after I put it into the freezer

Tanto proteínas y vegetales ideales para bajar apropiadamente. Aunque sabemos que el metabolismo no es el mismo de unos y otros, pero si hay un buen enfoqué, se puede conseguir mucho más.. yo agregué ejercicios y abundantemente agua. 😊

Can you post how you meal prep mushrooms? Shiitake and oyster mushrooms. Do you wash them first or freeze them not washed?

I freeze both shiitake and oyster mushrooms without washing them . Washing them can cause nutrients to wash away. If they are dirty, I wipe them with a damp paper towel.☺️
