Ren Dai Li SPOILER ALERT FOR SEAN JR! My guess would be yes. We haven't seen Death go up against a lot of beings, but he's seemed confident that he was destined to reap them all in due time. Also, the only thing we've seen trumph Death is his own weapon (and a spell to have him under control, of course). Now whether he WOULD reap Amara just for the sake of putting an end to her, that is the question. He might. He might not want to. All that aside, I'm still not convinced he's 100% "dead" and out of the Supernatural universe.

This is my favorite entrance of a character of all time. From the pale white horse of a Cadillac, to the way the actor carries himself, to the timing of the song. He brushes his shoulder off like someone used to this happening but it never becomes less regretful of an accident. He is simply Death, and keeps marching on, invisible amongst the masses and yet the most visible of all.

That scene is just amazing. Keep coming back to watch it years after first seeing the episode. As for the horse thing, many people get stuck on the idea that all the horsemen should have Ford Mustangs. For the first horsemen in Supernatural, War, the Mustang stuck with some people, because of the car name. I am guessing the show-runners decided the Mustang was a good choice for the first car because it was more obvious. A reference was even made in the episode when Dean had the "Aha!" moment about the problem in the town being War, making sure the connection was made for the viewer. All cars are horses though, Iron Horses. The term was used back when engines were first used on mobile platforms (the first automobiles and trains). Horses were the ideal mode of transport for so many people back in the day but today they are replaced by cars aka Iron Horses.
