I'm impressed. I like your enjoyment based layout, your channel generally of course, hence the subscription. You have the usual H0 trainset and a spot of G parked underneath. Obviously the very rewarding enjoyment of 0 gauge has your fancy. Now here's what I'm very impressed with: you have a couple of videos you're starting to upload regarding the history, ancestory etc of locos, and Lionel bits and bobs. It's very pleasing you're looking beyond just running modern trains, but delving further in. It just adds that extra appreciation of what you own, and it goes from being a basically disposable cheap H0 generic trainset to being of personal value, and its place in the history of modelling. I have a very few items from Lionel manufacturing, fairly obviously pre 1918, and a healthy selection of model railway and railroad magazines dating back to 1909. It just furthers ones interest in these things. Well done, keep it up. I look forward to another one of your nicely informative, and well narrated little history lessons. (I'm extremely impressed with your narrating ability too: you don't miss a beat in a 5 minute video)

With regard to the snow covered trees, you can just take some green spray paint and spray over the snow. That's what I did.

Check your local CVS or Walgreens, or even your grocery store. They all have vehicles that are near enough to O scale for about $6 a car.

I never even thought to look there, I always figured they wouldn't be the right scale, but I'm sure I could find some 1/43 cars.

@@davidstrainsandlego They pop up in various other places as well. And from modern to older 40s and 50s cars. Now I need a good place to find older trucks!
