This music-piece really is a Syrian folk-dance, but the group which performs it is unknown (to me). "Inspired" by the highly criminal actions Hafis al-Assad, the father of today's regent Bashar al-Assad, undertook in the 19-seventies and -eighties (especially crushing the cities of Haleb, Homs, and Hama by the full military power, including aircraft), i enhanced the song/sound in an adequate manner - many years ago, first on musicassette, and then digitalized.
I'm so sorry that i can use now this overwhelming song/sound also nowadays ...! Still at 2010's end, almost nobody could have thought that (the son) Bashar al-Assad would act like this - now fortunately known to the whole World what he has done and still does!
As the original song-title too is unknown to me, i call it now "Oúghnia bi'l-isyán wa'l-árka" ("Song of the rebellion and fight").
What's going on there, seen from the people's sight, is a "natural" (and national) necessity - an unreversible revolt against the entire repressive militarily-driven and clan-directed system. After these ten-thousands of war-victims ([brutally] killed, and hundred-thousands of injured and crippled persons, and about 12 million Syrian refugees [in- and outside their own country, almost half the original Syrian population!], and millions of damaged apartments, houses and even cultural monuments), we all in the World do hope this senseless* nightmare will finally come to an end! (*a regime fighting thus massively against its own country's people; hey-hey!).
This new tragedy in Syria is so undescriptibly absurd and so distressingly sad and a huge disgrace/shame to mankind !!
