It's scary that someone can have that much evidence against them and still walk. I mean come on. The same shoe size which is 12, ok that's not a typical shoe size, that's huge. Then the victims blood on his clothes and in his car. Not to mention the distressed phone calls by the victim. He obviously was an abuser who beat her up. It's sick to defend him.

+jesse p OJ was definitely a POS woman abuser. But this case was about the murder trial. And if people objectively looked at the racism the LAPD was accused of, the tainted blood evidence that was the subject of criticism, and the fact that neither the hat or the glove fit OJ, not to mention had no defensive wounds, that's where "reasonable doubt" came in. I personally think it's 70% chance OJ did it but 30% chance his son did it

Personally, I believe the re-enactment that shows the two victims talking and OJ rushing up and knocking them both out first and then starts killing. @@monkeyspoon8255 I don't think it means anything.Johnny Cockroach told the media he planted the glove and basically made it up. He knew people would believe if the guy is a racist. I think it would be hard to plant 50 blood stains in different locations. Do you think he also smeared Ron Goldman's blood in OJ's bronco? Or Nicole and Ron's blood on his socks? He says he would have explained all this in court after the explosive tapes were discovered, but prosecutors refused to even talk to him and hear his explanation. "I was forced to take the Fifth (Amendment, against self-incrimination) because prosecutors wouldn't assure me they would ask questions that I could answer in a narrative fashion. I wasn't going to just let the defense ask their yes or no questions to help them mislead the jury. Despite the evils Fuhrman boasted about on the tapes, the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office investigated his 35 most serious cases and could find no impropriety of any kind.

After reading a lot about this case, it seems to me the only reason he was acquitted was because the jury was black, and they were not about to convict another black man, let alone a black hero. The man was obviously guilty.
@emotionscomeandgo
@emotionscomeandgo 5 жыл бұрын
That was the major reason .... The lawyers made it into some bullshit black vs white case. OJ Simpson didn't give a fuck about black people...he lived with white people. They also confused the jurors with the "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" line. Even if the jury knew he was 99% guilty... The fact they had a 1% doubt because of the glove....meant he had to be let go.

@@mikesmith2938 Yes! Type into KZbin 'Bill Hodgman describes OJ Simpson murders step by step!' It is chilling. It is 3 minutes and 23 seconds long. Or 52 seconds. Something like that. Bill Hodgman was supposed to be the lead prosecutor in the trial but he got sick. His heart. So then Marcia Clark was the one to replace him. He was a great prosecutor but unfortunately his heart was not doing well. However, he did participate in the trial. He just wasn't the lead prosecutor. I think he would have won if he didn't get sick. That's just what I feel. You can also go to your google search and type in 'Autopsy photos of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman!" I was able to see the photos of them still at the scene before they were removed. Ron Goldman was almost unrecognizable. His wounds wer absolutely horrific. OJ Simpson was in a rage that night. Abusers cannot stand to be told that finally it's over forever. And that's exactly what happened while at their daughter's ballet performance. Nicole told OJ that she was not coming back to him that she was done with his abuse. But abusers always believe that if she won't come back to me, there's got to be another man. They just won't believe that it's the abuse. The way that he describes the murders, just hypothetical, even though he doesn't even have to do that. He was found innocent & can't be retried again. He is an abuser & murderer & a very sick person. I stopped believing in justice the day that he was found innocent.

What ever Nicole did in her life good or bad she didn' t deserve to die and Ronald Goldman was at the wrong place at the wrong time, and he was just doing a good deed and I am sure he put up a good fight. They got away with it on the back of Rodneys injustice few years later. The case should have been moved out of LA. Black people didnt see the case as OJ Vs Nicole and Ron. They saw it as OJ vs LAPD. Given how corrupt LAPD was/is, the black Jurors sided with OJ over Over them. It was shrewd and Cunning of his dream team lawyers to put the LAPD and the investigators on trial.

Robert Kardashian had been OJ's friend for 25 years before these murders. Once he became one of OJ's attorney's in the trial: he couldn't speak on his personal feelings because of attorney-client privilege. RK always believed there was no explaining away the blood evidence that linked OJ to the murders. Kardashian was finally able to reveal his true feelings about OJ's guilt--only after OJ was found guilty in the civil case brought by Ron Goldman's father. Also: Robert knew and was witness to so much more of OJ's words and behavior than any of the other defense attorney's. They were very close friends for 25 years before the trial. The friendship ended after OJ's trial.

Our class would be at recess or gym class and when we came back to our regular class, our teachers would be watching the OJ Simpson trial. I never understood a couple of things: if OJ is truly innocent, why isnt he out there actively looking for the killer? And second, if he is innocent, why did he feel the need to want to kill himself and go on a speed chase in the beginning?

When you murder, it can come along with depression. Plus, since OJ knew that he wasn’t innocent, he wanted a quiet place to kill himself so he couldn’t be brought to justice. The guy was secretly scared of the trial and the verdict that would come out.

Brown and Simpson were married on February 2, 1985, five years after his retirement from professional football. The couple had two children, Sydney Brooke Simpson (b. 1985) and Justin Ryan Simpson (b. 1988). The marriage lasted seven years. Brown claimed that by 1989, police had visited the couple's house eight times for domestic violence calls, and that police had not helped her in any of them. That year, on December 31, Brown phoned the police, saying that she thought Simpson was going to kill her. Authorities said Simpson had "punched, slapped, and kicked her", he pleaded no contest to spousal abuse in 1989. A family friend claimed that Simpson had told Brown's friends that if he ever "caught her with anyone, he would kill her." And the rest is the unfortunate history!!

This really messed up race relations in America. Especially when people were celebrating when he was acquitted. Then he even slapped all his would-be supporters in the face by writing a book dealing in "hypotheticals."

He was never gonna kill himself. Number 1, he was too in love with himself to ever do it and 2, he was and is a huge coward. He loved all the attention too. He butchered those two innocent, good people and didn't have the balls to confess either. He caused more divide between the black and white communities for this entire sick episode all along knowing he killed them. There is going to be a special place in hell for this sociopath.

May I ask something ? Given what happened to Nicole and Rob and the damage that they sustained, why wasn't it asked to unearth the bodies for a new autopsy ?
